Housekeeping was not good. Very loud from 6 am until midnight. Not as it was a few years ago. Will not return for our next trip. Food good and snorkeling behind the seawalls by the original adult beach is very good.

The carpeted hallways in this resort need to be removed ,they are beyond filthy and I believe it brings the rating of this hotel down because of it .
this is the first time I have ever stayed at a tropical resort that had anything carpeted

The people, service and food were great. I did not like all the rap music. I liked the 6th floor sea view room. i liked the view of sea but beach was small. The games were not good but shows were awesome.

We went with a group of 6. We got 3 rooms. Two were with kings beds. The other was suppose to be two beds because it was a 30 year old man and his disabled mother. I also requested a wheelchair. When we got there at 3 p.m. on January 2, we were told because we used Travelocity, they never got the request of the rooms, even though I had the confirmation with me. The only rooms they had available, were king size beds. Also, they did not get any requests about a wheelchair. They told us WE would have to go to the nurses station to request one. I asked to speak to a manager but there was not one available. I asked that one contact us. No one ever did. I even went back another day. No one was available. We went to the nurses station and they told us that we had to put $245 CASH DEPOSIT DOWN AND IT WOULD BE $30 PER DAY. I have stayed at other Luxury Bahia Principe property's elsewhere and was always given a wheelchair during the stay. They found a room another day and had them move. This time to a room that leaked everywhere in the shower. They came another day to fix it. It was not fixed. Again, no manager to speak to. We stayed 6 nights. When we checked out, they asked how our stay was. When I told them, they asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I guess one was finally available. I said no because they obviously could care less until I was leaving. I will never be back.
