Nice comfortable safe feeling hotel

My son and I spent a night, we got good sleep, our room was ready even though we were early. Breakfast was great! I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of options, and the coffee was fantastic! Best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Pool area was clean, hot tub was nice. Over all a great hotel. We will be back in July!

Nice hotel

Pros: Receptionist, quickly changed out our rooms, from an upstairs room to a 1 st floor room, after finding out stairs would be difficult for me.
Cons: A bell at Office? Really, do you have to improve on something that is great!
Location: We drove to Monterey. I like the drive along the coast.
We were pleased to have such a nice room! Room and grounds where clean and very pleasant! They had a lot of outside table and chairs. Breakfast room was a treat, an experience, more than expected. I will be back and will be check out Best Westerns in other areas first! WAY TO GO ROSE GARDEN INN!

A gem of a town and a gem of a hotel!

Location: Lots of great beaches nearby and you should not miss one of the State Parks in the area that showcase old growth Redwood Forests.
We got a Suite and enjoyed a large, clean and comfortable living space. The staff here is friendly and very helpful and the property, though close to a main intersection, is quiet and safe.

Too noisy!

The hotel was nice and clean and had very friendly staff. However, our room was right next to the street and we could easily hear every car that drove by. We hardly slept at all, because of the street traffic.

City hotel very congested .

Difficult to enter property. No elevator to second level . Room was not cleaned. Staff was relatively helpful. Day hostess never left her seat. Breakfast is a joke! Seating for less than 10 people. Sparse offerings. Mistake to stay here.
