At night the guests in other rooms for our 3 nights left their rooms around 3:00 am banging the doors slamming them & talking really loud, we have not slept those night, complained to the front desk, asking about a refund, due to the fact it was booked through a third party, they could not refund any of our money, told me to contact Travelocity, so I am asking for a refund of the monies we paid! What a mess!!!

Easy access to the property off of the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was lacking and the Front Guest Agent on Sunday morning was less than helpful. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

We didn’t sleep for two nights people in other rooms sounded like they were in our room so we left after two nights very disappointed
