Stay Away
This is not a Marriott quality hotel. It should be some sort of truck-side-motel. The elevators and hallways stayed dirty, full of crumbs or food throughout the following day. The room was disgusting. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the shower leaked, the light fixture was broken, the TV display did not identify the show you were watching -it said something else-possibly a different channel, the blowdryer had hair in it and was filthy, the toilet was cracked and pieced together with caulk haphazardly, the picture in the bathroom had boogers all around the edges of it and the towels were scratchy and stained as well. We brought it to the managers attention when we left on Monday morning, June 12th 2017 11am and she seemed to want us to describe exactly what was wrong rather than helping us solve our horrible experience. They took $20 off my card the night before and have yet to reimburse me. I argued yesterday with someone on the phone explaining slowly over-and-over again it is not pending, it's an actual charge. Please for your own sake do not go here, pay decent money to be swindled out of an additional $20 and treated with disrespect and suspicion. Avoid like the plague.

Great place to stay
Great location, right off hwy 101. Nice rooms, friendly staff, indoor heated pool and spa. Only complaint was the bed were a little hard.

Great place to stay after a day at the races.
Pros:The quiet room and the comfy beds.
Cons:If you don't mind paying for coffee and a muffin or a fully prepared breakfast, this place should meet all your needs.
Location:This place is located close to downtown Salinas which is charming. My only reason for coming up here is Laguna Seca race track.
Needed a good rest and got it. I usually stay at less expensive hotels, so this place was a treat for my son and I. It was actually quiet in our room. All night.
Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Business amenities include a 24-hour business center and meeting rooms. WiFi is free in public spaces. The business-friendly Courtyard by Marriott Salinas Monterey also features a 24-hour fitness center, a picnic area, and concierge services.
