They charge a resort fee but their pool is not heated so you can’t use any of that. They also do not have room service but. But parking in not included in that fee. They also charge an additional $22.00 a day for parking. So your going to be paying an additional $60.00 a day extra.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms not so much, they smelled really really bad like dirty mold mixed with bleach we had to leave door open for awhile to air it out.The room was clean but still felt dirty maybe because the smell?

Customer areas were nicely developed and maintained. Rooms were poorly lit, damaged old carpet, shower head hanging loose, holes in sheets, no extra blankets. We found the rooms very unkept and old.

Location to Monterey was very convenient. Ocean view excellent. Property needs major overhaul. Our toilet overflowed. Another person in our party had to be moved because of water leaking. Charging for parking is ridiculous. Fees and taxes are high and an extra expense.
