This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool is located in an ideal geographical context, very peaceful, with panoramic views of the countryside, the sea, Elba island. Guests will find every comfort and sophisticated furnishings. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor we have a kitchen, a laundry (also suitable as bedroom for a nurse or other), a dining room with big fireplace, a library, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Wine routes are all around the area.

Beautiful house and area
We stayed at the villa for 6 days and we really enjoyed the experience. The house and the surrounding area were beautiful. Bruno the gardener was an exceptionally nice and helpful man. We would love to be able to visit again.

We had a very nice stay. Wonderful pool, very nice garden and polite Bruno who cared for the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything what you could need. We could recommend this accommodation warmly.

Magisches Haus
Ein Haus auf den Höhne, trotz Hitze weht immer ein kleiner Wind, durchdachtes Anwesen, intelligentes Lüftungssystem und Mückenschutz, absolute Ruhe, gesundheits- und umweltpolitisch richtige Salzwasserlösung im Pool, eine wunderbare Betreuung durch die gute Seele des Hauses, Bruno, kurzum: eine Oase des Glücks!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick vom Berg
Wir haben die Zeit in dem grossen Haus sehr genossen und uns wunderbar erholt. Es ist großzügig und sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der pool ist besonders angenehm mit salzigem Wasser und deshalb weniger Chemie. Der Blick ist einfach phantastisch! Danke fuer die schöne Zeit dort.

Ein Traum in der Toskana
Großzügiges Landhaus, wunderschön gelegen mit traumhaftem Blick über die toskanische Landschaft bis zur Insel Elba mit sehr gepflegter Gartenanlage und außergewöhnlich großem Pool. Filmreife Zufahrt über eine Zedernallee. Äußerst angenehme, sympathische und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer. Tägliche Pflege der Außenanlagen durch den Landwirt Bruno, der uns außerdem mit seinen sehr aromatischen Tomaten aus eigenem Anbau versorgte.

Das Paradies in der Toscana gefunden
Wir haben die Villa Ende Juli 2019 mit drei befreundeten Ehepaaren aus der Schweiz für eine Woche lang gebucht und waren durchs Band begeistert. Das Haus verfügt über jeden erdenklichen Komfort und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch der Hauswart Bruno hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben die Woche in diesem Traumhaus und der perfekten Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder mieten. Leo Lüthi and Friends

Ein Traum!
Wer Ruhe, Erholung und absolute Stille sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage abgelegen und sehr sehr ruhig. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und dieser Pool einfach nur unbeschreiblich schön. Einmal am Tag kommt jemand vorbei und kümmert sich um die Blumen und den Pool, aber so leise und zurückhaltenden, dass man es gar nicht mitbekommt. Es empfiehlt sich anfangs gleich ordentlich einzukaufen, der nächste grössere Supermarkt ist einige Kilometer weg und wenn man einmal da ist, will man diese Villa ohnehin nicht mehr verlassen. Für 3 Paare von der Grösse und Aufteilung genau richtig. Ganz toll wäre noch eine Klimaanlage, aber es geht auch ohne.

Superbe maison pleine de charme à recommander vivement
La maison est très spacieuse et hyper bien équipée ( le linge de toilette et des draps de bain sont mis à disposition) La terrasse abritée est idéale pour manger dehors sans se gêner qu’il fasse chaud ou qu’il pleuve Les chambres sont très confortables et disposent toutes d’ une salle de bain et de toilettes ce qui est très appréciable La piscine est très grande, elle permet de se rafraîchir et même de nager en profitant d’une vue incroyable sue la campagne Toscane La maison est très isolée ce qui permet de se reposer dans un calme absolu !! Le village est proche avec plusieurs commerces bien achalandés A conseiller à tous ceux qui veulent être au calme, se reposer et découvrir la magnifique Toscane environnante !! La propriétaire est très avenante, très accessible Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
