Very friendly upon arrival, less so by susequent desk people. Had no milk for breakfast bar Sat morning.

Pleasant surprise.

Location: The BHR is fabulous! The waitperson, Shane, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious!
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Ramada Rock Hill. The setting is beautiful; nestled into the rolling hills. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff were the only staff we had any contact with and they were pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Family Event

Pros: The room was most comfortable.
Cons: The Continental Breakfast was rather on the "lean" side and space indicated the idea is almost not of their choice.
We stayed at The Sullivan while attending a grand-niece's wedding at the home of her parents in White Sulphur Springs on the recommendation of my sister. It was delightful and the staff attentive.

Clean large room!

Cons: Needs a mini-fridge.
Clean and plenty of space. Would be nice to have a mini-fridge, and the bathroom was rather small.
