Thanks for your review. As it stands our hotel actually listed as a Top Hotel. And is NON Refundable at All times. Especially last minute, No client can cancel last minute, though we do waive that on rare occasion when the circumstances are extraneous. What is shady is that you booked and changed the dates and called us last minute, sent us numerous insulting emails then demanded we refund you. We are not obligated to do that. All of our policies were sent to you in a separate email as well and you booked a third night then changed your mind at the last minute , weeks after the booking was made.. Very sorry but. We do not tolerate abuse in any way at any time. Advice: When booking a hotel or apartment or any type of rental, please read the fine print. Best Regards.
