Upon arriving after a 7 hour drive the reception repeatedly interrupted our check in with other guests with issues and calls from outside taking nearly one half hour to get to a room. In our first room the door did not lock and the tv did not work. We requested another room annd after unpacking in the second room we found that the tv did not work and there was no hot water. Requested another room and after unpacking found the third room also had no hot water. As it was late we stayed in the room for the night. In the morning we were told we could shower in another room down the hall. It was not until late the second day that the fourth room got hot water. Strongly recommend not to book a room here

charged $100 security deposit that was put thru and on checking out was told money only to be returned in 5-7 days. WHY????

The staff was friendly and tried their best . The location is awfull. I had the feeling i booked a cell in Gitmo !!!!

noisey room no phone to call down. Bathtub clogged and backing up.Breakfast was terrible who cuts up cassants in tiny pieces and severs that.only the toast was good.couldn't even find the hotel to begin with.drive around and around.Disappointing .

This place is a dump. The carpet does not look like it has been cleaned since the 1970's let alone replaced. No hot cups for the crap coffee. No fitted sheets means the corners come up as soon as you lay down. You have to drive through a sketchy industrial complex to get there. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, but the housekeeping kept knocking on our door to kick us our BEFORE the listed check out time. Going back? Yah. NO.

Pros: 20 minutes from the airport
Cons: check towels before costumers use the room, have a housekeeper service at night time. there was a clot on all pipes and not maintenance services, bad
Location: nothing to do, just IKEA store close
old hotel, smell like old wet clothes, wifi terrible

At least the room was clean; however it’s not the best idea to put a jacuzzi tub in a bathroom that small. Hard to wipe your butt when the sick is jabbing you in the ribs. 🙄
