We stayed three nights in this hotel for a college visit. It is conveniently located directly on Sherbrooke, near art museums and a 15-20 min walk from McGill. The hotel was very clean, the bed extra comfortable, and the staff very friendly. You can park for $27 in an open parking 5 minutes away or they have valet parking with very pleasant staff. The breakfast was good and served in a cute room. I am very happy with my stay at Chateau Versailles and will definitely go back!

Very nice hotel. Small Bfast in morning (free) which had cereal , bagels, yogurt. There is no elevators so be prepared to walk up stairs. Location was great. 15 min to bell arena. 22 min to NotreDame Basilica church. Lots of variety to eat. Parking is not included. So you pay $38 /n at the hotel or you can drive down the road to lot for $25/n. Rooms are clean and quiet.

We've stayed at Chateau Versailles before. The room (king size bed, with fireplace) was large and comfortably furnished. Staff were responsive and polite. Shower water was tepid on at least one day and there was no plug for the sink (a potential waste of water). The breakfast (included) had less selection and a poorer quality of food than previously. The buffet was not promptly refreshed at the height of breakfast traffic.

The property was clean, staff were very nice and helpful and the included breakfast was good. The only thing I could suggest is (and maybe it is in the hotel description but I missed it) is to put a note that there are no elevators so people are aware and can request maybe a first floor room if they are travelling with elderly people who uses a cane.
