smell, terrible the room mattress terrible i can fill the spring on my back restaurante pay 38.00 to deliver food to my room wait 2 hours nothing come i wake up spoke with the hotel person the told have nothing to do with a restaurante i spoke with a restaurant manager and refuse to give my money back never received my food never return my money

The service and the facility were terrible. The management ignore what is going on, Had to call several times in order to receive a response for 1 hours for someone finally to show up to fix the TV. But nothing was fix for the duration of our 2 days. When call the front desk to report what has happened again, the answer was there was nothing in their record, and the manager will be in tomorrow at 11 am.
