"Never fails to please. Excellent service in this classic hotel. Great location, good food. Rooms are a bit dated now and renovation is needed soon. But, a lot is forgiven because the staff are no nice."

"Gail made our stay in Gibraltar most enjoyable! She makes great recommendations and communication is awesome throughout. The apartment is oceanfront on the beach with a marvelous view of the sea. You can use the paddle-boards there to explore the bay while your on the beach. Amazing sunrise too. This is unique…I felt like we had our own personal chauffeur with her. It was amazing! Like a taxi or Uber, she will take you anywhere if you don’t want to drive the crazy streets and try to find parking for 20-30 euros a trip. It was a tight squeeze for our family of 5 but it got us quickly from point A to point B stress free. I just messaged her in the what’s app and she was there in 10-15min. She dropped us off at the pillars of Hercules so we could hike the med steps and showed us around along the way. She will even taxi you to the top major sites on Gibraltar if you want as she is allowed through being a local to st Michaels cave and war tunnels. Later that night when we were ready, I called her to pick us up from dinner. Stay here for a nice place on the ocean away from town out of the city and use her to taxi you around! It made for the best trip. If you have any issues or need anything, she is so willing to help quickly resolve anything and often went above and beyond expectations to help."

"Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room had all the facilities we wanted but we had difficulty adjusting the room temp control. Location excellent. Easy walking distance to all the tourist areas. Definitely recommend this hotel . "

"Property was better than expected. Not a huge space, but so well designed that our family of six was perfectly comfortable. It’s right on the beach, I’m not sure the photos did it justice. It’s just a beautiful spot. The plate glass windows upstairs mean you can see the mediterranean sea rolling in from bed in the morning. This was the last stop on our road trip of southern Spain and it was definitely the way to end a great trip. A real highlight."

"What was not to like. Step out door to amazing beach. And everything inside better than a five star hotel. We was even in early than the time. If I had to pick and really pick that was shower door did not shut properly but easy to mop up a bit off water. Anyone thinking it over to book. Stop thinking get it booked the apartment and area will not disappoint you. Amazing place. And owner was helpful. "
