Spring Break Get-away
The house was wonderful, with lots of space and large rooms. Kitchen was nicely supplied, the whole house was very clean with plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. It was great to have the use of the garage for our automobile. I loved the solitude and privacy this property provided, with woods surrounding three sides of the house. My wife and I had a very relaxing time away from home!

The place is spacious and clean and homey. It has so many fun games and the Master suite is luxuriant. Ray was kind and clear and enjoyable to work with. We are coming back next year for the same trip.

Family Christmas
Our sons and their significant others stayed with us at the VRBO. We had a very enjoyable stay. Ray’s place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings. He even put up Christmas decorations. We all loved the big sectional sofa to stretch out and watch Christmas movies. We made a big meal on Christmas and this house has a fantastic kitchen to cook in with all of the supplies you need. Thank you Ray for sharing your beautiful home with us at Christmas.

Wonderful house for our visit
We spent several days visiting my husband's family and this house was perfect for us. Not only was it stocked with everything we needed but there were Christmas decorations and games throughout truly making us feel like we were home. When I had a few questions for Ray, he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again if it's available for our next visit!

Only getting better
We're repeat guests at Ray's house, and greatly impressed with the positive changes he's made since we were here last year. It was already fantastic, but he's really stepping up his game to make his guests welcome and comfortable. While I kind of wanted this property to stay a hidden gem, Ray also deserves all the success he can get, because he's doing a great job as a VRBO host and his property is just fantastic!

Lovely private property with plenty of space to gather
This is a wonderful home that feels like you're out in the country while still being close to major local attractions, restaurants, and activities. We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends and have already booked this home for a stay next spring. It's super clean and welcoming, comfortable and homelike. A huge ranch on a wooded, private lot, there's a luxurious main bedroom on the first floor and four more bedrooms in the fully finished basement (which has a second living room and bar with fridge and microwave, along with pool table and patio access). The bathroom that serves those four bedrooms is a unique design with two private commode rooms, a double sink, and two private showers. There is another half bath on the main floor. Kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of small appliances (coffeemaker, crock pot, toaster) and a huge granite island. There's a six-person dining table, a 4-person kitchen table, two barstools at the island, plus a screened in porch off the kitchen and a separate lower level patio, both of which have 4-person tables for outdoor dining.You'll have more than enough room for everyone to eat. Both living rooms (first floor and basement) feature huge leather sectionals. There's a firepit, and plenty of parking. It's very private and completely quiet. The host is wonderful and available, with great communication. If this home is anywhere near where you want to stay, you'll be happy with this choice. Can't wait to come back!

Nice place, close to a lot
The home is in a good location to get to a lot of attractions - we went to kings island and great wolf lodge. We stayed with our friends and our children. It was nice that they have some games for kids and little ride on toys in the basement. The number of bedrooms is nice for a larger group. The home was not very clean and there were a lot of things in the home that didn’t work - the dryer, cold water in half bath, warm water on one of the sinks in half bath. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Ray is very kind can be easily reached.
