The 70 m² apartment is located on the first floor and offers direct access to the communal gardens and the saltwater pool from the wonderful terrace, which is accessible via the living room.
At 800 meters you will find a nice neighborhood with stores and Motril, the largest city of the Costa Tropical, can be reached in 5 km. The entire coast offers natural beaches that provide unforgettable sunsets. A fantastic destination is also Granada, 80 km away, with its famous monuments and in winter the Sierra Nevada for skiing holidays.
