Four season dog friendly home on 1/2 acre wooded lot located in the private beach community of Suissevale, with a completely fenced in yard safe for dogs and children to run around.
This warm open space house offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 pull out couches in the living room and 2 bathrooms.
The main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen roku tv and dvd player. A nice deck outside to sip a coffee or just relax.
A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests.
Outside you will find a fire pit with chairs to enjoy your evenings.
Suissevale beach one of the most beautiful and largest sandy beaches on lake Winnipesauke, is just a short drive(approx. 2min ) or walk (approx. 10min). The beach included a roped off swim area with 2 large swim platforms, a large playground and an Olympic size volleyball court. A lagoon for fishing with the kids, picnic tables and charcoal grills for a nice bbq at the beach. The beach has also wireless access.

It's only a 20minute drive to Meredith and Wolfeboro, 40 minutes to North Conway for some shopping, Storyland or Attitash, Gunstock mountain, flume gorge, canon mountain, mountain coasters, zip tours, water parks horseback riding and clay shooting.
Castle in the clouds and ridgewood golf course are only 5minutes away from our home.

Wonderful property for pups, with the most responsive hosts!
Our family of 6 and 2 dogs usually stay at the Cape. This year we wanted to try a new water destination that would be more accessible. We loved this dog-friendly house, with treat greetings upon arrival! Everything was as described and depicted. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the hosts could not have been more attentive or helpful with a few issues that they immediately rectified. The host reached out several times to see if all was well, and if we needed anything. We have not had such attention in other houses. Beautiful walks to the beach; beautiful hiking; visit to the oldest Arcade; nice stroll and food in Meredith. All in all a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

A wonderful peaceful place
The house is very open with a great deck and plenty of couch space for everyone to hang out. The downstairs game rooms are amazing and we took full advantage of the great fire pit area. We had a chance to use the community beach which is also quite nice. We had neither a dog nor children with us but the house and yard are very dog and kid friendly. The hosts were great to work with. We are hoping to rent the house again!

We had a lovely stay at Nick and Tamara's! She is an excellent communicator and was responsive and helpful. The house is great. Very clean and comfortable. The space is terrific-we had 6 of us initially and then a few more over the weekend. Everyone had a bed or a pull out. We had planned to bring our two Weimaraners which is why we chose this home -- it is VERY dog friendly. Our dogs ended up staying home so we did not take advantage of the fenced-in yard and the dog beds, BUT we would come back with or without dogs. We really liked the location and that the house was EASY. Not fancy or precious but clean and comfortable. Moultonborough and NH generally are beautiful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach/lake, hiking, lots of ice cream, and being together in such a great place! Thank you!
