Room was awful, no soap or any personal toiletries, staff was rude, room smelled because of multiple air fresheners. When I went to check out and ask for a refund, two people who had checked in before me were doing the same. Do not be fooled by saving a couple dollars; there’s a reason this is the cheapest option in the area.

This was the most horrible experience we had The beds was extremely rough and smaller More like an adult twin size They were not queens size The bed frame was smaller the the headboard The room was not vacuum and still had whatever left on the floor next to the beds The second room was missing the towels and The bathroom look like someone just left out from using it unexceptable Never again will we stay at a Best Western Checking out the hosted was to busy on her personal cell phone to check us out or to even hear our concerns The computer was down so we couldn't get a receipt Please if i look for other hotels please block Best Western

The ladies At the desk were wonderful and amazing the day that I checked in there were cops outside looking for someone someone but it was very free seedy location

The cleanliness was not what was expected. Bathroom mirror was dirty with toothpaste spots. I had to use one of the towels to wipe it down. The room had a little muggy smell. What i did like is that i could walk across to the Applebee's. I would've booked another place but it was late and i was taking my kids the next day to sesame place and we were extremely tired from our trip there.

Best Western has some wear and tear. HAVC was loud, the handle to the shower was VERY hard to adjust to turn water on. Upon entering I inquired about a handicapped room because the option was not available on the website. The clerk replied no, only king size beds. I feel she did not make an effort to even look but maybe I was wrong and she did know. But maybe she shoukd have made an attempt to fake look into it.
