The staff at the front desk was great, they provided me with everything I needed. I was placed in a bottom floor room that smelled of mold and mildew after complaining I was granted a second room which also smelled of mildew. Finally I was moved to the second floor at last where I found the room clean and refreshing.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room had a little bit of a musty smell and was somewhat damp during our stay. Possibly the air conditioning unit should be checked.

Great place to stay

Pros: Everything
Cons: No improvement needed. keep up the good work
Location: Sesame place theme park
There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. The room was exceptionally clean and ready upon my arrival. The hotel staff (all of them) were very polite, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, close to good food and main highways. Home style lobby gives a comfortable living room feel. Very pleasant staff, good breakfast and coffee srervice.
