Room had a cold not comfortable feeling. Pillows afforded no support even using 3 of them. Asked for a room with short walking distance as we are disabled but was given rooms at far end of hallway. Bed was like laying on a brick. Front desk clerk was less than helpful.

There were a bunch of young kids running around hallways making noise. We finally got to sleep and fire alarm was pulled and the alarm rang for a hour until they could find somebody to shut it off.Needless to say we did not have a good night sleep and when we were getting ready to leave at 12:00 our check out time One of the managers was knocking on the door with an attitude.

Although startling, it is for our safety. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future. We appreciate your feedback.

Pretty Hotel that needs updates for person with di

I arrived at 8:30ish pm, I rented the room on line for a person with disabilities. My disability is not noticeable. I needed to shower and the hand held shower is very important to me but it didn't work, I delt with it. I had a 3 1/2 hour drive so was tired was glad to get to bed but was woken several times by a heavy banging all night and talking, I guess it was the elevator. I had to be up early and tired to iron a piece of clothing , iron got warm but never got hot and water poured out. I was exhausted but had to meet with someone at 8:30am. I checked out explaining how I did not get rest because of the banging the girl offered me breakfast, really???? Part of my disability is that I need rest or I can't function....brain aneurysm. I didn't want breakfast I paid to sleep there that's what I expect. I will not recommend this hotel because they did not meet my needs even though its pretty and had many amenities.

Cheap mattress/ Dirty bathroom

The staff was great my mattress horrible bathroom was not clean not enough towels never going back and i would not recommend my worst enemy. We all need a good place to sleep.
