Infested with critters, spiders and Roaches
Area was super nice. Inside was infested with critters we kept finding roaches and spiders. Host wasn’t not helpful at all. Cleaning lady came for 4hrs because it was given to us and not clean at all.

Was not able to get into house, and owner did not respond to any contact
Access code for the front door that the owner gave did not work, and I tried contacting him numerous times via VRBO messaging, text and phone (which went to voice mail). He did not and has not responded to any of my contacts, so I ended up having to scramble around to stay elsewhere, and I have opened a case with VRBO to process a refund.

This location is actually really nice and clean hosted my birthday here and got no complaints, but only thing is when i checked in the bedsheets were already dirty and stained.but overall really good property the sunroom esp was really enjoyable

Yard needs work, there are discarded items and items in disrepair all over the place. The back yard is mainly rocks and dirt. Outdoor furniture was all dirty and we had to clean prior to using. Living room futon is very uncomfortable and the room/space is arranged poorly. Linens on beds did not appear clean. Kitchen was not well equipped for cooking and table seats only 4 —too small for a 3BR unit. The sunroom does not cool. Some interior doors don’t latch or close properly. The garage is very dirty and messy - car would not fit in with cabinets and items in the front. No response until post checkout from voicemail and multiple messages to owner. Could be a nice place with some work!

Very cute house
It was just as nice as it looks in the pictures we loved the open space right when you walk in and the big backyard is a nice plus. Bring everything you need because there isn’t much past the bare necessities. Overall a great stay would definitely book this house again for future parties. We didn’t get any noise complaints and no one bothered us :)

Great stay!
I really enjoyed my stay here!! The host let us check in early and checkout late which was super nice of them!! The home was nice and tidy. I just wish there was more paper towels, cleaning supplies, and blankets for the futon. I also wish the ice machine was working. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again!
