Older rooms, but very clean. Will definitely stay there again

It was nice, clean, and relaxing! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

I thought the dying cockroach on the bathroom floor was greeting me, but I think he was warning me that I wasn't going to get a good night's sleep. First the heater, which was turned on too high and wasn't adjustable woke me up at 4 AM. Then early the next morning, the maid staff started knocking on doors and announcing themselves waking me up over and over again. They must have put all the guests in the same wing, not great with covid. I'm not sure why they couldn't call up as guests leave, but I got very little sleep. Hotel room was small but fine. Could use an updated. Shower needed work. Wouldn't stay again and definitely did not feel this was worth the premium I paid over other hotels. The best part was Starbucks was just across the street.

Shabby room, exposed/broken outlets but at least smelled clean

The attendant wad amazing and sweet that checked me in and the room was great. My problem is with the booking site. She had to call travelocity to confirm payment as it was showing in her system that the card i payed with did not work. Very disappointing.
