Shower did not work properly. When we could not shut the water off, I went to the front desk to inform them. The man said he knew about it for a long time. Then, why did you put us in that room? Towels were filthy.

While laying in bed I had a ( not sure what it was, a little bug, I don’t think it was a bed bug), crawling on me. I just needed sleep and want the hassle of changing rooms) so didn’t say anything.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The lobby was full of storage.
