The room was clean & the mattress was great. Because i made the reservation online the check-in person refused to verify charges - upon checking out the desk person refused any verification of charges or a receipt. Was told i would see when i got my bill! Breakfast was OK but cheap & sparse. Dont eat the gravy - its Cream of Mushroom soup.

Dear Christine, We are glad you enjoyed our hotel. The reason our hotel is not able to verify the charges is you paid Expedia/Travelocity, and you were not billed by the hotel. The hotel is reimbursed by the online travel agency, therefore the hotel had no charges to verify with you. I hope this helps clear your concerns. the hotel was very nice. big rooms and quite, and clean--but the clerk at the desk was now. she was short and no help and in the morning was seemed upset that she had to fill things up at the breakfast like milk and coffee and gray, it all seemed to piss her off and was not helpful at the desk either, not checking in or out. i ilked the hotel but i wish they would hire better

Check in process was fast. Went to casino in the evening came back to bed bugs crawling around bed and on walls. Notified front desk and they switched us rooms at 1 am in the morning. Of course after inspection of 2nd room we didnt find anything. We were told they wont do anything but switch us rooms. Really? What are we gonna be able to do at 1 am with my 2 teenage sons. Breakfast was fine. Pool and spa seemed nice lots of people utilizing them. Bed was comfortable when we finally could sleep.

Good location but a little difficult to get to from the interstate. Check in was very slow due to computer system. No fault of the staff.

Check in was horrible. Mikey, the clerk on duty, has no customer service skills and mumbles horribly when he speaks. He didn't seem to have a grasp on the computer system as it took over half an hour to check in. Additionally, they have an obscure credit card policy--not noted on Travelocity--hidden in the "special requests" section of their website. (Be sure you book the room with the exact credit card you plan to use at check in, even if you select "pay at hotel." They won't let you check in if the credit card number is different...even with photo id!) Had it not been very late, I would have chosen to find other accomodations based on the check in experience alone. Other than that, the rest of the staff was attentive and the hotel was satisfactory for what we needed. However, it is NOT adjacent to the casino...it's on the opposite side of the highway.

We do not claim the casino is next to us, the casino has chosen to put a sign near our hotel, which we have no control over. We hope to make your next stay a 5/5.

We arrived Sat 12/1 around noon, we knew chekin was at 3:00, on our way to Indianapolis for the football game. The manager was very n8ce and let us checkin early. We saw the pool and were so surprised, it was the cleanest pool we have ever seen. Going up to our room, we couldn't believe how clean it was. The breakfast the next morning was very good. Please do yourself a favor and stay at this location.

The Rooms are spacious and clean, but the breakfast was awful. The front desk person was having to keep the breakfast area up and work the front desk as well.
