This large historic house is located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Only one block from all the restaurants and shopping. Two blocks from the world famous musical fountain and the boardwalk that leads to the beach and pier. There is a farmer's market, marina, mini golf, large playground, splash pad, charter fishing, bike paths, YMCA, and many other activities all within a short walk. On site parking behind building. Central air, cable, and WIFI are other features.
There is a queen sized bed in the large bedroom and a pull out "full" sleeper couch in the living room.
