I would not stay here again. There r no amenities which they fail to tell u on the site.I was supposed to have a room with a king and queen bed,i got a room with king and full bed.the room i clicked on to reserve was a totally different room.i was not happy with this experience. I will not come here again and or use travelocity again

The room...i just wish it came with breafast...and add more pillows and grabet bag in tbe room....v But other than that i just love it will come back again and again thank you

Great hotel

Pros: Courteous and friendly staff, location
Cons: the outdoor pool could have been a bit cleaner- open bar by the pool would have been awesome as would convenience of towels outdoors.
Location: 15 minutes from my daughter's camp, right on the water
We stayed one night, was dropping my daughter off at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp the next day. If we would have known how nice the hotel and pools were we would have come for an extra day or two. The staff could not have been nicer. Also recommend the outdoor restaurant on the marina. Will def be staying there next year.

A 1 service.

Pros: I use to live in Muskegon, but I still found myself saying what a view.
Everytime a come home, I attempt to shop around for a low price place to stay. However over the years I have learned you get what you pay for. However, at Shoreline I received more, Staff was very helpful in late check-in to early morning breakfast. Staff was willing to show my son the birds outside, while the Mrs. and I fixed or plate. I know the prices go up in the summer and the weekends, but i still know where I'll be staying.
