Not what i paid for
i reserved a room with two beds and paid in advance through hotels.com. When we arrived we were told we would have to take the king suite instead. After being on the road for 5 1/2 hours I had to fold out a couch with a thin uncomfortable mattress, and make the bed With the sheets and blanket from the closet. The audio on the television in front of the couch was cutting in and out. I stopped by the front desk to report the problem. The attendant. She said it would be fixed while i walked next door to eat at Ihop. When i returned the television worked properly for about 30 seconds, then it just started cutting in and out again. At that point i just said i give up. I took a shower and went to bed early. One other thing i would like to mention is that the carpet in the elevator was dirty every time i got in it.
