had bed bugs! asked the property manager for a refund or half off and said no ...only suggested a different room i said are you crazy !

The room was reasonably clean but everything was old & very shabby.....the sheets & pillowcases, towels & wash cloths, curtains, chair. The place needs some serious updating/redecorating. The sink & bathtub were old & stained. TV service was good. Pillows very flat.
