This property really needs to be cleaned. Needs knew staffing. Everyone acted as if they knew how to do nothing. They were rude as well. The bathroom had mildew around the tub and around the toilet. Spider webs on the windows and ceilings. The elevators were dirty. The workers were polite at all. No greeting or anything. Really enjoyed the pools and the hot tub.

In this property there was only one working elevator. also the lady at the check-in counters this afternoon what is poorly trained and really didn’t know how to do a check in with the Travelocity reservation.
