Wrong key cards given at check in then ignored repeated phone calls. Had to walk back over to Embassy S to get cards fixed. Made me very upset and late for my appointment!

Charged me for a a room with two king beds only got one and then said i was supposed to use couch for second bed then it had no sheets room was really dirty
