Have stayed here numerous times in 14 years. Quality has certainly declined. Stayed last June and breakfast was great and had variety including fresh fruit, toast, oatmeal and hot food. Stayed last night, fitted sheet didn’t fit bed. Went to front desk and was handed a set of sheets to put on ourselves. Room was in need of good cleaning and paint. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage and rubber pancakes. Definitely not what was offered last year. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:30(check out at 11) to clean. Love the area the hotel is located in but not sure we will return unless changes are made

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I called about problems with the TV they were prompt in fixing it and the man even gave us a HD cord so we could watch movies from our hard drive. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was spacious.

There was plenty of room for us so we could have our own spaces when needed. Having a full kitchen even though was small was adequate for our needs. The living area and balcony were nice as well. The only thing I could even remotely complain about was the floors were dirty like very dirty. looking at them they didn't look too dirty but you could tell they weren't ever properly mopped. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain but very slowly so we just avoided using it as much as possible because we were too busy to bother with getting them to fix it at the time. If these rooms had some fresh paint and we're cleaned better I would definitely say 5 stars. The parking garage was really nice and convenient but it was a little tight but manageable. I drove a 2010 Jeep Liberty so it's not a small vehicle but being able to drive up to the floor we were staying on was quite convenient. The pools were very nice and had a few different ones and some that went under the building as well so that you could even continue swimming if it was raining if you wanted. The walk down to the beach wasn't too bad either. The elevators weren't exactly my favorite but there were like 4 different ones that I was aware of. Overall we had a great time and was very happy with our stay and would stay there again. We even made sure to check for bedbugs and didn't find any signs of them so that was a huge plus. Otherwise we would have split very quickly. So if you are undecided just book it.

There was not much that I liked other than the location, ocean front. Amenities were very basic, the parking garage was small and very difficult to maneuver, rooms were not as clean as I believe they should have been, chairs for the beach were not provided which other hotels near by did provide. Bad smell throughout the facility. “Free breakfast” was mediocre. Whole facility was run down and in major need of renovation. Would not recommend staying here.
