Centralized & Budget Friendly with a Good view!
This condo is reasonably priced for the size and location to surrounding activities (all under 20 minutes). Our hostess, Janet, communicated quickly whenever we had questions. You can send a direct text, email, or use the Vrbo inbox. We loved she responded quickly irregardless of which method we used. Check-in was fast and guest services were friendly. Guest parking is available in the garage or in the lot across from the check-in building if you prefer open spaces. Although they only allow two parking passes, you can park extra vehicles in any public city parking location for free if you have a military, veteran, or disabled tag/sticker in view. Otherwise, you can park for $18/day. There are multiple pools (indoor and outdoor) open from 9am-10pm as well as an indoor mini lazy river, a jacuzzi, and a splash area for children. You can use the pools in either of the bildings for the resort. The condo is clean, has lovely decor, extra bedding, and basic cooking and eating utinsels. There are some cleaning supplies as well as a washer and dryer. The condo we had allowed us to access the balcony from the master bedroom and living room with a side view of the ocean. There is free wifi with the password located on your key card envelope. Note: if you need to request extended stay or late check-out, contact the hostess directly instead of the front desk so arrangements can be made with housekeeping otherwise guest services will say it is not allowed. 5 stars for price and service.
