Very nice place. staff was great. The Elevators are a bit slow.If the place was sold out in the summer , I could see it being a problem.

The Breakfast was not what we thought it should be. Not pleasing at all of the choices. No wifi when i arrive.no sale phone service when i got there...pool was dirty...my room didnt have the remote control to turn the tv. I was happy with this.stay. 😤😤

Just how clean the room was and how comfortable. The staff was so welcoming. Breakfast was great booth on quality and variety of foods.

I liked the property but Communication was terrible the second I arrived. I showed up after check in time, and my room still wasn’t available. The front desk said they would call me once the room was ready. Luckily a friend was there and was able to put my bags and take a shower in his room. I came downstairs to head to dinner and the front clerk saw me and was embarrassed that they forgot to call me about my room. I said I’ll just take the key now on since I was on my way out for the evening. When I came back, roughly around 2:10AM, I grabbed my bags from my friends room and went to the room I was assigned. Room keys weren’t working, and multiple tries later, the door opened, but not by me. It was a guest that was assigned that room already. Embarrassed, I apologized and went down to figure out what happened. They didn’t know how it did, and gave me a new room and finally was in my room by 2:30.

Loved it very, very clean with beautiful spacious rooms. Did not want to leave. The bathroom was perfect. Did not street access.

Every staff member was friendly and professional. Great service and great breakfast bar. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great service.
