The tub was very hard to get in. The cook stove needed to be replaced but we didn’t use it. Overall it was ok

I had a print out of my room confirmation, when I got there, they didnt have my reservation!!! I ended up with 5 people in a room with 2 queen beds....my reservation was for a Villa with 2 queens and a murphy bed.....2 sleep 6. One of the teens ended up having to sleep on the plank floor!!!

Older building but nicely renovated. Our suite worked great for a girls weekend. There was plenty of remove for 3 adults.

It started with the registration desk. I rode around several times looking for the registration desk, which is hidden between two buildings. There aren't any signs visible from the road that tell you this. I checked in and the receptionist said our room was ocean front and had a ocean front pool. Well, another building blocked the ocean front view. The ocean front pool was dirty with trash, sand and debri. The water park for the resort was a block over and you had to show a printed pass to get in. The room was very old and out dated. Some of the light switches didn't work and the ceiling fan light only worked if you pull it 10 times after trying to turn it off or on. The floor looks as if it has never been mopped or steam cleaned. The sheets for the bed was dingy yellow looking, which my mom had to change., because the sheets looked so dirty. You had to use a pass code to get in the building and not your key card. The staff stated the code change at the end of the month, but we checked out on 9/2, and the pass code was the same from day one which was Aug 30th. I would love for someone to give me a call regarding my stay at Sand Dunes. I feel what I paid was not worth all the service or amenities i received. This resort need serious upgrading and shouldn't charge the amount they do for their rooms.

We stayed in Tower I. The building definitely needs an update. The shower was hard to turn on and off. One of the toilets kept running the entire time. We constantly had to reach into the tank and press the stopper down so it would stop running.

Everything was good...I wish the waterpark would open a little earlier and stay open a little later due to you not able to check in til 4pm....therefore would have time to enjoy once you go get settled in room.
