Nicely remodeled. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat there.

Room was in back corner away from all the rest of the rooms. Bathroom was way to small. Sink and mirror was in main room. No guess chair. All this on top of the room had a stale odor. No night shift at main desk.

The pool was disgusting! The exhaust fans in the bathroom were loud and one didn’t work at all. The breakfast was terrible.

Good value

Check in was very easy. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently off of main road with many food options within a few minutes drive. Our room was just like the picture. My only complaint was the way the room smelled upon entering. It smelled strongly of cigarettes (even though our room was non smoking) and old beer like maybe someone had spilled it into the carpet. Otherwise, the room was fine. The beds were comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. The mini fridge kept our drinks cold. The TV reception was good. The bathroom was a little small with the shower and toilet in a small room and the sink outside of the bathroom. It made the bathroom get very steamy when you take a shower. The temp/pressure of the shower were good. The shower door didn't go all the way to the bottom so it did leak on to the bathroom floor. The toilet was a little loose, but that was no real problem. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and was warm. The hotel itself was quiet and clean. We would stay again.

Needs upgrades

This hotel does not have an elevator and I had a room on the second floor. The hotel had an unpleasant smell and seemed old. I was able to sleep but checked out really early.

never again

upon arrival, we requested a non-smoking room, they said because we booked over the internet it did not say that we requested it, I believe they gave the room away!!!. We have 3 people, the only room left with two beds was smoking, I could not even make it down that hall the smoke was so bad. They than put us in a King room with a pull out sofa bed, the room smelled. For $* I was robbed!!!!

Can't beat it for the price

First the bad things: No elevator and the mattresses are a little firm, but not ""a brick"" as the previous reviewer described. The good: The rooms are extremely well lit with a nice, large shower. The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms are large for the price. I would definately stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

It was a slighty above average hotel in a small town near a vacation spot, the breakfast was good, the only draw back was the hard bed
