"After we were in our room after Midnight we lost electrical power to our room and there was no hot water in the bathroom!! We called the number the receptionist gave us if we needed help after midnight but the number kept being busy. Also someone threw up on the couch in the entrance and in the elevator. If we didn’t report it it would have stayed there all night. The place is pretty old and run down. We won’t be staying here again!! We want a refund of our money. "Cottage 1304 was not "Clean & fresh" as expected. Moved some items and apparent not been cleaned in 6 months.... So, how do we know the proper sanitizers been current? Didn't see Hand sanitizer wipes in Cottage. Realize that the Winter White Christmas created some challenges the Christmas Day.... But, expected more from this special place. "I understand being precautious during a pandemic but the breakfast needs improvement. It was a bottle of water, a nutragrain bar, a muffin and an apple every day. Could you possibly add small boxes of cereal and a small carton of milk? The staff was amazing, our room was much larger than expected. We could walk to everything. "Amazing and friendly service! We arrived at 11:30 p.m. after a long day of travel and they were accommodating and friendly. They pointed out cookies to the children, gave us late check-out with no problem, and ensured there was still piping hot breakfast at 10 am! Every single person was so lovely!
