he room was so small that it didn't even have one chair. The view was of garbage cans. Internet is spotty and the room door code had to be entered twice each time to work. The hot water was only warm, and never really heated up. We alerted management who disagreed with us, and showed us that it actually was hot, in their opinion. There is a nice collection of DVDs in the hallway, but the DVD player didn't work. The hotel's guide in the lobby suggests dining at Allegria (for some reason) and to mention that you are a guest when you reserve. Doing so got us the worst table in the world and terrible service and nothing else. So don't mention that you are a guest of this hotel. This is not walking distance to anything. From the lobby refrigerator, for an additional $1.00 you can buy a bottle of Walmart water. Nature's Valley granola bars are complimentary. The walls are thin, as expected in an older property. You can hear everything in the building. It was a special occasion and we chose the wrong place. The hotel is across from an abandoned Safeway. Over $200 and no evening wine or breakfast, as advertised. Due to Covid-19, I understand the struggle and changes, but this place is NOT worth the cost. I would never ever stay here again. On the plus side, the property is very clean, the room includes a bottle of wine, and the front sitting room is pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a beautiful property.

Well maintained Victorian hotel. TV and internet worked well. Coffee in the lobby, wine reception in the evening, not open now. Very helpful, friendly manager. Very close to downtown shops and wine tasting. Ample parking off the street. Highly recommended👍

This was a pretty disappointing experience. First off, the property is not a hotel, but a bed and breakfast. On the Travelocity site, this property lists that pets are not allowed except for service animals, but when we walked into our (extremely tiny) room, the smell of animals was present, which was quite irritating. In addition, because this is actually an old home, we could hear every footstep around and above us, as well as a crying baby/infant, keeping us awake fairly late, only to be greeted by the staccato barking of the neighbor's dogs at a bright and early 4:45AM. Because we arrived at 7:30PM, the front desk was closed and there was no one to speak with about these issues. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast served in the basement. It was some sort of egg souffle and was served with croissants and fresh fruit. We would not stay here again and feel it should be made more clear on the Travelocity listing that this property is NOT a hotel.

Comfortable Getaway

Pros: Unlike a regular hotel, it's like being at home.
Cons: Minor details like a ceiling fan that made a little noise ....etc
Location: Perfect location. Within walking distance to downtown Napa and minutes away from access to the wine country.
This was our second time to stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful and we always meet terrific people there. The rooms are inviting and cozy.
