Loved our stay! Beautiful property! Champagne toast on arrival! Front desk, bell hop, waiting staff, all exceptional! Cam, our beach set up was perfect!! Food, beautiful presentation and delicious! 2nd time staying there, and we will definitely go back! Thank you, Edgewater!!!

Upon arrival walking out the elevator doors we were greeted very abruptly with the statement how can I help you. I said we were checking in and the comment I got back was “oh, do you have a reservation here”? Apparently we were not dressed like we should have a reservation in their hotel. We didn’t get the room we originally requested for & paid for. There were ants in our room, the toilet was loud and ran continuously, The dishes in the cabinet were dirty there was leftover food still in the garbage disposal and gnats in the kitchen. It was an overall bad experience. It might have been a little different after I talk to hotel staff (several times) if they would have even attempted to make anything right. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I will definitely not be wasting my money at Edgewater again.

The hotel had great beach acess and all the amenities you would want for a beach hotel. The room was comfortable and the view was spectacular.

Awesome place great beach, huge room

Edge water exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and beautiful, the view of the ocean was breathtaking ! We had a huge deck , we spent time out there in the morning having coffee and in the evening having drinks ! There were 2 separate rooms in the king suite, so our 15 yr old had his own space and we had ours . Staff was very friendly, enjoyed the beach area and loungers , bar staff was great and made a wonderful pina colada. When we head back to Naples this will be our go to hotel. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable !

Nice hotel and good location.

Hotel and staff were all nice. Poolside bartender seemed to have to struggle to be nice. Just not a people person. And never seemed like he was enjoying his job or glad to be there. Was never rude. Just not sincere. And the worst margarita I ever had to pay for. Thought the level of excellence there would be better for a poolside drink. But overall, loved my stay there. Just didn't order any more mixed drinks.

Beautiful area in which to relax

Location: The beach, Naples Pier, zoo, shopping and dining, theater.
Hotel room beautiful, view from balcony in the tower on gulf side gorgeous. Hotel food delicious with very generous portions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only disadvantage : it is located in a residential area so you can't walk to any stores or restaurants. You need a car or bike to see anything else. I gave the "Room comfort" a 4 rating because the bed and pillow were not as comfortable as I had expected.
