Nice hotel close to airport.

However, there was no free shuttle to airport which was a selling point for us. We were told that on the hotels website it states 'free shuttle service to airport upon request'. So we then requested it and were told we were to late. This hotel is ok if you are staying one night. There is nothing around hotel to walk to pass the time. To go anywhere you need a taxi. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Food and service very good. Room was big and clean and price reasonable. If you choose this hotel and need shuttle to airport make sure you request it at the time of booking

Nice property in a sketchy neighborhood.

Pros: Nice property with restaurant and bar on site.
Cons: A/C
Location: There is nothing to do nearby.
Francesca at the front desk was wonderful. The morning desk attendant (A man whose name I did not catch) was not welcoming. The property is well kept and a nice value for the money but the neighborhood is not one for tourists. They do have an arrangement with a taxi company to shuttle people to the waterfront for a low fare. Our biggest problem during the stay was the air conditioner. Once the fuse was reset to allow it to function, it made noise but did not cool anything. Our room was within 1/10 of a degree of the same temperature all evening despite being assured that all was well with the room.

Bad Location

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Shuttle service information on the web site. We didn't know we had to reserve a spot so we ended up having to hire a taxi for 20 Euros.
Location: Horrible! I didn't even step out the door other than getting in or out of a taxi.
Nothing wrong with the hotel or the room or the staff. The breakfast was quite good. The only negative is the location. You would not want to leave the hotel!

What an Experience!

Pros: The whole experience was memorable.
Cons: By the way, beware of cabbies who charge 50 euros when 17 would do.
Location: The neighborhood certainly is not the tourist side of life...it was probably the REAL Naples.
I chose this hotel-sight unseen--from a list on the internet and assumed it was near the airport. It was not! After a wild cab right with a driver who called himself "Speedy Gonzales" we ended up in less that seemingly desirable part of town.But the hotel was marvelous. The staff courteous. The accomodations quite pleasant. And the evening meal delicious.

This property will be closed from January 1 2022 to June 30 2022 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
