You will love this 2,500 Square foot home. Beautifully decorated, walk into this fresh airy 4BR/3BA home. This rental offers 2 King rooms with private and semi-private baths. 1 Queen room and 2 Fulls that are divided by another bathroom. Huge Open floor plan with moving glass wall system is an innovative way to experience indoor outdoor living. Kitchen is fully stocked with a beautiful Island to prep or serve your guest. Industrial farmhouse table will allow everyone a spot seats all your guests! We want you to love our home as much as we do. We like to have clean respectful guest. Great for Families and groups

Wonderful stay in Marco
We had a group of five friends stay for a quick getaway to enjoy the sun and time together. This was the perfect spot for us. We found the home to be even better than the pictures. The house was clean, fully stocked, and spacious. Mary was a pleasure. I appreciated that she was available and she communicated all the info we needed for our stay early so we were confident that we would be good to go upon arriving. Short drive to wonderful restaurants and we also hit the spa. We would stay here again.

Family Get away
Three families coming together for Christmas from the frozen north - what a great way to spend the holidays. Kids had a fantastic time at the pool everyday. Even when the pool heater wasn’t working the initial day, kids still couldn’t help themselves. And Mary was able to get a pool guy to come out on Christmas Eve to fix the pool heater issue - she was very responsive and made sure everything was right. Place was clean and perfect for the 10 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation location
Mary is an outstanding host, attentive and clearly invested in making sure guests have all they need. The house is spacious and clean. Having the pool right outside the door was fabulous. Easy drive to restaurants and the beach.

Well-stocked poolside Florida getaway!
We just got back from our annual summer vacay and stayed at Mary’s house. The 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids aged 1-6) had a wonderful time! The house and pool were big enough to accommodate all of us and Mary was a gracious. attentive host. We encountered a few minor issues when we arrived and she immediately resolved them. The house has 4 bedrooms, all well stocked with towels and sheets. The garage was full of beach gear as well! With 4 small kids, we were able to easily make daily trips to the beach (about a 7 minute drive) thanks to her beach cart, backpack chairs, and tons of beach toys! The pool is fenced in and a beachy golf course offers a beautiful backdrop as you peacefully sit poolside. Plenty of floaties for everyone! Overall a quality stay!
