Good but with flaws
Property was easy to find and it does have garage for off street parking. The door is a little tricky to open but not difficult. Paint and walls are deteriorating and need repair. The first night, the smoke detector repeatedly going off so no one in our group got much sleep. I tried calling the emergency number but no one answered. I messaged the managing company the next morning and didn't receive a reply for hours. The coffee pot did not work, which after getting no sleep, really stunk. The property would receive 5 stars if communication was better. This was a good stay, but not a great stay.

Great location and space
The location is close to Bridgestone and Broadway for a five minute Uber. The place is very spacious and accommodating for a large group. The host is great with communicating and response time. Would definitely rent again

Bachelorette party
We came to Nashville for a bachelorette weekend! The location and townhome was great for getting to and from downtown! Overall the stay was good not great The drains in the showers and sinks were stomped up. Water pressure was very low. The management continuously sent emails on what not to do as far as decorating and using tape…but there was tape and scratches on the walls when we got there. In order for the garage to shut, someone has to go out the front door and run around to back bc garage code wasn’t given. It did accommodate what we needed it for, and it was nice. But could use some updates and maintenance attention.

Perfect family Thanksgiving
This was a perfect place to host our small thanksgiving family gathering. It’s beautiful, clean, and modern. The 3rd floor gets hot so we adjusted who stayed up there. But that was the only small complaint. I would stay again.

An absolute sweatbox
The AC didn’t work in the upper two floors. It was 90 degrees one night, and 86 the second. None of us got any sleep. They sent a technician that said they fixed it, but that was a lie. The city also doesn’t care about the slummy neighborhood so there was very loud road construction that took place between 10:30 pm and 4:00 am both nights.

Ladies Golf Trip to Nashville
This property was ideal for our group of 4 ladies, in town to golf and see some sights of Nashville. We had ample space and plenty of privacy, with each bedroom having a bathroom of its own. We thought the location was spectacular, with easy access to downtown and the highways as well. The decor and furnishings of the home were lovely and having a garage was a huge benefit for us. The main bedroom, located at the front of the house, did get some traffic noise on weekday mornings.
