Housekeeping did not visit the room after the first night of our stay. We went out in the morning and returned in late afternoon to have no service. I called the desk to request service when we left for the evening and again returned to no service. I had to personally go to the front desk to request clean towels.

Room with king bed was tiny with oddly placed furniture!!! No space to open one suitcase. Bathroom had sliding wood door that did not close nor did it have a lock. The acoustics in room were terrible. We could hear people below us opening and closing their window blinds.

Right in the heart of nashville, but for the price, no breakfast available, no vending on floors, only parking is valet at $40 per night... info is on website, but i didn't go to website after i booked on travelocity so was unaware and unprepared.

Newer Hotel, great location. Our only real complaint is that the rooms are poorly lit, everywhere. While the Bluetooth mirror so many rave about in the bath is nice feature, Id trade it in an instant for a couple of light bulbs over the mirror.
