The building I stayed in needs to be taking out of service and renovated. It had mold around the tub valve, mold around the celiac vents (more than one) torn furniture torn and stained curtains. The orange color of the unit looked like I stepped back into the 70's. It looked like a 70's Motel 6 not a Wyndhan. I have photo proof of the condition. The photos of the unit on the website are not even close to what we were rented.

From the outside it looks very clean & very well kept. But as soon as we got to our room - my husband set a suitcase on a bed & the bed collapsed to the floor, the concierge gave us incorrect information on the hop-on-hop-off bus tour & our A/C stopped working day 3. It seemed it was one thing after another & when I said something at the front desk I was told “Well you are staying in an older building” .....Really that’s the answer!!!!

We will not return, disappointing stay

We last stay at this property in 2013 and the rooms & experience was good. Not this time. Our room was dated & the hotel is in need of repairs. The check in took forever and there was not even a line. Then they send you over to get your parking pass from the people that try to sell you a timeshare despite telling them we are not interested they preceded to find any reason they could to keep in contact with us during our vacation... I consider this harassment! They messed up my parents reservation and we wantedto extend it a night... the front desk said they could not help in any way so they sent us to a Wyndham number.. on hold forever only for them to tell us they could not help... we could go online and see they were rooms available to extend but they said there was a 2 night minimum. We just paid a premium rate for them to stay 3 nights. So parents had to leave early. Check out was 10am, my parents were loading their car at 9:15 and waiting in their room for us to come by and say our good-bye and housekeeping came twice and just started cleaning while they were loading and said they needed in to clean. My parents had to ask them to wait until they left. Washer didn’t work in the unit, 12 tiles on the kitchen floor were severely cracked so we had to wear shoes at all times or avoid most of the kitchen to make sure you didn’t cut your feet...we were told told was on back order and sorry..construction.. outside started at 8am on Sunday..indoor pool closed.

Wyndham Resort is not a hotel

That’s what the concierge told me when I asked if someone was going to clean our room. I was told yes for an extra fee. $270 / night for a hotel room with a toilet from 1985, flat screen TV with no high def, way outside of downtown Nashville....but I got to pay xtra to have someone come clean my room. A service I could have easily gotten at a cheaper hotel included in the price. For a resort...there were no extra amenities that you wouldn’t find at a regular hotel. Then the Travelocity agent neglected to tell me it was a time share so (you guessed it) got broadsided with an invitation to that overly aggressive sales pitch. I am mad at the agent for failing to warn me. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel. Do not stay in this hotel/resort unless you plan on actually staying at the hotel and cooking and cleaning for yourself. The stove and microwave is perfect for large groups who wanna save $$ on eating out. But my wife and I don’t go on vacation to cook. We expect room service and our room to be clean when we get back at the end of the day. Should have booked through Expedia.

it was not a deluxe suite like pictures

Pros: friendly and clean
Cons: your web site accuracy and advertisement it was very misleading and disheartening since it was a special occasion.
Location: great
With the resort none we were treated well but your web site showed a deluxe suite and when we got there it was a regular suite without a balcony and a lot smaller . they mentioned this had happened before with travelocity, WE were very disappointed we go to Nashville often and usually stay at holiday inn express but we thought we would try the resort. they tried to give us another suite but none were available it happened this was our anniversary.

Room incorr5

I reserved at 2 bedroom room condo. One room with king and 2 queen beds in the other. When I checked Inc the room they gave me was one kind and two twins. I went back to tell them and they told me they could give me a one kind two fulls, and that they didn't even have queen size beds as your website suggested. And if I wanted to get my money back and go to a different hotel I had to get reimbursed through travelocity.

Wyndham Vacation Resort

Overall the staff was very friendly and the room amenities were great when compared to other hotels in the same price range. Washer and dryer in the room with complementary soap, small kitchen with cookware and dining sets, everything you would need to cook a meal. Only complaints were that we did not receive housekeeping service, so we had to get more wash clothes from main desk. Concierge tried to trick us to go to a free breakfast which was really a timeshare presentation (clue was they wanted our credit card to place a $20 hold to "ensure you show up"). Finally, the water pressure from the shower was horrible. All in all, we did enjoy our stay.
