The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The floors I. The room looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. There was long hair and lint on the floors and in corners. There wear also a few in the shower. The eggs for breakfast were a little salty.

This property is a "best value" for the Nashville area. As far as the room, bed, shower and facilities I could not say enough great things. The person checking me in made it very obvious that he would prefer me to not stay at that hotel. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. It was almost threatening. The following morning there was no coffee available. No breakfast available. Nothing. There was no notice provided in advance or even at check in that the breakfast would not be served.

This was a very neat place to stay. I really loved how they have it decorated. It's very modern and clean. My only issue with this hotel and my stay was that I stayed for one night, checking in on Dec. 7th and checking out on Dec. 8th. I know it's normal to hold your incidental fee, which in this case is only $25. Much lower than others. I was told that upon check out it would release. I realize that could take up 3 to 5 days on average. It is now 16 days later (Dec. 23rd) and the hold is still on my credit card for the $25. I called the hotel today and inquired and was told they released it upon check out and said I needed to check with my credit card because sometimes they don't release them right away. So, I checked with my credit card. They stated the hotel hasn't released it, otherwise it would have dropped off by now. I'm not going to keep wasting time going back and forth with the senseless finger pointing. I don't have time for that. So if you see this review timely, please release the hold on my card.
