We had to change rooms because the first was dirty, light was on when we went in and room did not look orderly. We cleaned all the counters in the next room with our Clorox wipes we carry and this room was only slightly better. Front desk people did not act like they knew how to handle the reservations through Travelocity and tried to make us pay for breakfast until I showed them my confirmation at which point they checked with the person that was handling that area and they had a list with my name on it confirming our breakfast. There was a pool party or something going on when we checked in and they appeared to have taken over the lobby/bar area and the pool area. Sign on the door said masks required and the only person with a mask on was the desk clerk. I felt like we overpaid for what we actually received at this Hilton property, would not stay again.

Room was ok. During these times of a Pandemic, we felt like the room could have been cleaner. We found floss on the floor of the restroom for instance. We did bring our own wipes to wipe things down. You can also hear the road noise as well as sounds from adjoining rooms. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. The area is nice though. Oh, and bring your own pillows. The pillows in the room were terrible. They just deflated completely when you put your head on them.

The Staff is super friendly. I liked that the hotel was clean. Rooms recently updated. Spacious bathroom and a fridge. I Liked the location between Cane Ridge & Volunteer Parks for Softball... and less than 30 minutes from downtown.

We had a reservation for our family 2 adults 3kids. When we arrived after driving 10 hours we were told that there cleaning staff didn't show up so they had no rooms for us. But had we not shown up they would have charged our credit card the $140 anyways. They didn't have a room for us so here we were 10 hours from home with no where to stay. The front desk offered a "solution" my husband and I could stay in that hotel and my 3 kids could stay in there sister hotel next door. I don't think so. So then they offered that we could have 2 separate rooms at the sister hotel for an additional $40 Charge. As Hilton rewards members the Hampton next door was a huge downgrade. Horrible customer service, we were 4 rooms and a different hallway away from our kids. We did not sleep at all nor did my kids who were terrified be people screaming in the hallways. We were told because we were Hilton members we would have upgraded wifi and my kids would be able to use it ( lie) they were not. Also we were told breakfast would be like goody bags due to covid which would have been fine but my husband went at 8 and 9 am and no breakfast at all! The beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. Also the AC sucked no matter what we set it at in both rooms we were hot as hell. Horrible stay horrible hotels. Never again will I stay at any hotel Hilton related. What a waste of $200 a night. Horrible...

Being a third party booking, something went terribly wrong. The hotel had no record of my reservation. They were very very nice. Great customer service! We finally got it all straightened out. I am still waiting for my "incidentals refund" The hotel is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. We did have to ask for towels every day and for toilet paper. But that is just a minor thing. With the Covid stuff going on, I can understand all the little problems here and there. The pool was closed and the breakfast was in paper bags. But no problem. We enjoyed our stay!!

It was ok. The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. Breakfast was expensive and not free. Rooms were ok. No luggage rack in room for storage. Hot Tub looked nice, but the jets blew out of the water and you couldn't have them on without getting water in your ears and face.
