I stayed in the 8th floor and I was very tired and had my medical fragile child with me. A dog in the room next door barked all the way from 8pm when I checked in all the way to 2 AM. I called the front desk around midnight they asked me what was the room number the barking was coming from and said they couldn’t do anything about it but move me to another floor. My child was in there and his medical equipment was already set up. She could have come up on the floor so that she could hear the barking and knock on the door and ask them to control their dog. Also the next morning the elevator that goes to the garage stopped working so I had to carry all my stuff and my disabled son up flights of stairs. My stay was horrible.

Very clean. Staff was great. Next time I’ll request other side of building. Interstate traffic was loud alll night.
