Front desk staff and the house keeping staff were all very friendly. There was some construction but the hotel did a good job of keeping it to a small area and there was no major noise from it. Beds were very hard, room was clean and I loved the showers!! You could walk to Broadway on the pedestrian walkway which was very close. I wouldn’t walk it at night but during the day it seemed ok. My only complaint was the hateful staff member in the breakfast area. My husband went down to get two coffees and 6 mini muffins for our son, my husband and myself. The staff member told him he was only allowed 2 mini muffins per person and couldn’t take any with him to his room. I thought that was odd and she was hateful from what my husband said. Overall the hotel was ok and the location was not bad at all.

We appreciate the great comments about the Front Desk and Housekeeping but were disheartened to hear that your husband's interaction with our breakfast hostess was less than warm and hospitable. Please accept my sincere apologies. We hope you and your family will afford us another opportunity to welcome you to our hotel when you return to Nashville.

The hotel has the most awesome, heated guitar shaped pool. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast hours and pool hours are convenient. But the rooms are not the cleanest or up to date. The headboard of the bed is flaking off so bad it is leaving flakes on the sheets. And the vents that air comes out of have black fur growing out of them.

The property was clean fashionable but could use some upgrades. Carpets could be cleaner. Staff was very professional and friendly.
