The room is not handicapped accessible making it difficult for a handicapped person.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking at the booking I see that a handicap room wasn't what you selected. I apologize and understand how frustrating this can be, but in the future please check and confirm with the hotel to specify a handicap accessible room. Please allow us another opportunity if you're ever in the brentwood TN area.

Please. Please. Please. Do Not Stay Here!!!!! Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. They charged my card 4 separate times!!!! 4!! All of the transactions were different amounts! When I called to talk to someone they claimed it was a deposit fee or a preauthoruzation fee which I didn't know anything about, and I was not informed about when booking or checking in! Not to mention the money has not been returned 5 days after the incident. Every time someone tries to fix it, they add on another charge! I've been charged $821 plus some change for a 2 night stay! The rooms are small. The showers are moldy and they smell. The pool is outside and even though the pool was supposed to close at 10, there were people in the pool until 12 am. Unfortunately, my room was right next to the pool and I couldn't sleep. Save your money and go some place else. I should've slept in my car.
