I liked the private entry to the room and that staff monitors the outside of the hotel. The room had a funny smell and hole in the bathroom wall. The ice machine was broken. The free breakfast was a choice of cereal, honey bun or apple. Only stayed one night so it wasn't awful but would not stay again.

Hotel was cheap and good location in city. Room smelled moldy, tiny bathroom, and no coffee at breakfast.

The room was used NOT clean at all tv was smashed burn holes on blankets on the bed not happy was told the worest the toilet did NOT work. Was told i would not be charged for this

I wasn’t very happy we wanted a place with a pool it was a big deal for us. The info on this place said nice outdoor pool so we booked this place got there and that pooled hasn’t held water in a very long time so the main thing we wanted in a hotel we didn’t get. The old guy that works in the morning is worthless if you Need something you might as well do it yourself cause he won’t leave the breakfast area tv. While you’re eating breakfast the same individual will stand like two feet away from you creepily watching you making sure you don’t try to pocket a muffin or something. The room was surprisingly nice we were lucky we got one connected to the check in area the ones in the other buildings didn’t seem so nice and had some sketchy characters walking around.

This place was run down and very dirty! The people checking in front of us where cancelling. Once i got to my room only one out of several lights worked very bad condition holes in walls and stain on couch and carpet very very run down. I only stayed cause it was me and gone most of the time. If it was with wife and kids we would have cancelled too.

Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

Pros: Check out was very easy. The guy didn't seem to care much of our early departure.
Cons: If I'm being completely honest, there were not many redeemable qualities in this hotel though we were only there for a total of 15 mins.
Location: Location felt a bit rough. Didn't stick around long enough to explore, not that we would have.
My family just needed a quick and inexpensive place to stay the night before our flight. Upon arriving, the desk worker was conflicted as to whether or not he should finish his cigarette or help me check in as he was the only employee available. The hotel looked rough (rusted railings, paint peeling, etc...), but for the price I figured it's just one night. We got into our room, and we were immediately greeted with cigarette smell as well as a very unpleasant drug smelling chemical odor (we reserved a non-smoking room). The bed was haphazardly put together with burn holes in the comforter, the light fixtures were falling off the wall, mold in the bathroom, mildew on the window, graffiti on the INSIDE of the door, exposed screws sticking a half inch out of the wall... we were in the room for literally 2 mins before we decided we just needed to find another hotel. And we did. We found a very nice, and clean hotel for only a few dollars more than what we paid for this place, and it was closer to the airport. We have a 2 year old, and this place was a serious injury risk for her. A risk we weren't willing to take.

Perfect Nightmare

Pros: There is absolutely nothing to like.
Cons: The entire facility should be condemned and torn down. If not that, at minimum provide a clean room.
Location: This is a business district.
This is the most disgusting hotel experience ever. Travelocity should be ashamed of themselves to associate and promote an establishment with horribly filthy and dangerous conditions. Travelocity misinformed me of the checking in times which cost me an additional $83.16. However, this hotel is so deplorable that I had to find alternate accommodations for that evening. Safety: Electrical wires are exposed from the night lamps over the bed, (see picture) Asked for a non-smocking, cigarette burns everywhere, (see picture), Place hasn’t been cleaned in years see pictures. The list goes on and on. Travelocity needs to take responsibility on what is promoted and sold on their site. At minimum provided 100% reimbursement for the original price plus the additional cost that I incurred due to your misinformation. Truly shameful!
