Sunrise Beach Villas - One Bedroom Condo Located On Beachfront Resort

This one bedroom villa with a lovely garden view, has a separate bedroom and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your own meals and just relaxing. For your convenience, there is also free local calling as well as free unlimited calling to USA, Canada, and the UK.

A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's.

The complex is located on a beautiful white sand beach so you can enjoy the ocean waters or go for a nice walk.

In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays.

Great location and affordability
Communication was great, and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. Without a car, the small grocery store is just a quick 15 minute walk. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase, so just make sure you can navigate this. The beach chairs and umbrella that were available were well appreciated. Violas is a very convenient and fun place place to dine.

Our biggest issue was the bed. We specifically asked about that because of health issues and was informed it was a pillow top mattress WRONG!!!! within 3 days I was on pain pills and slept on the couch one night. worst mattress ever slept on. Never go there again. 2nd never informed that there were spiral stairs going upstairs to the bedroom. Given that we are in are in our sixties very difficult carrying suitcases up and down stairs I would assume that some people would not be able to do so. The Televison in the bedroom was so small could not see the writing (minor issue). Tile broken in kitchen and bathroom. Shower had good pressure needs updating. most of the staff were pleasant. Beach is very nice Pool was so cold most people were not in it or only brief moments. the room was not very clean when we got there and could feel sand in the bedroom and kitchen I doubt it was mopped. Key holder is hard to open probably due to sea salt. We kinda felt that what we were told in order to book was exaggerated.

A wonderful week
The condo was a great home base near a dream beach on a beautiful island. There were enough people on the beach for people watching but it was never crowded. The water was so blue and beautiful! We walked to the cove nearby for snorkeling in one direction and in the other direction to the Altantis resort.

Steve is an amazing host who communicates quickly when you need to get in touch. The property is very quaint and the staff are all friendly.The beach is just a few steps from the villa and beautiful. We had a lovely time.

Perfect place for a couples getaway. Sunrise Beach Club is like a home away from home. We love being steps away from one of the best beaches on Paradise Island. Steve was a great host. He was very accommodating and easy to contact. This condo is a great value. Bed Is very comfortable too.

Great location, great price!
The location is steps from Cabbage Beach in a quaint, older condo/hotel type resort. There are two pools (with a waterfall, grotto, and in-pool sitting areas!) and a small wading pool for children. Security keeps the grounds secure and you are a small walk from Atlantis Resort! The owner, Steve, is an excellent communicator and keeps you updated on check-in information and gate codes to the pool and beach. He also provides a local taxi contact who is extremely helpful and who gave us the best local tour of the island! Access to the second floor is via a narrow winding staircase. The place is kept very cool and comfortable. Steve’s apartments are a great deal for the price! Would recommend!

Relaxing Getaway
We had a nice and relaxing vacation on Thanksgiving week. The villa had everything we needed. Beach was great so we didn’t spend much time at the pools. The food at Viola’s was excellent (service was fair). Steve was extremely responsive and accommodating with my questions and requests.

Fabulous time on Paradise Island
Steve's unit on the island is in the perfect location. Right on the beach, Viola's (a must) is so convenient. Walking to restaurants, Atlantis, shops, etc. all a very short distance away. I will be back and would gladly stay at Steve's again.

Perfect condo on the beach
We had a blast! The condo was just as it was described, the restaurant on property (Viola’s) was delicious and had great entertainment, and the beach was INCREDIBLE!! I’m very picky about beach conditions and this beach was legit pristine! Another great thing is the owner, Steve was super attentive and available at any moment we had a question. Thank you so much Steve! We will be coming back!

First Time—Great Time!
Steve’s condo was the perfect hub for our first vacation in the Bahamas. We enjoyed coming back each day to the quiet, beautiful grounds surrounding his condo following a full day of fun and lots of activities with our kids and grandkids on Paradise Island. Also, waking up and walking about 30 steps to Viola’s restaurant for breakfast was a huge plus for us! The staff at Sunrise Beach Resort, including Viola’s, was so friendly and helpful, too. Thank you Steve for all the helpful information and questions answered about Nassau. We were so impressed with how promptly you got back to us with answers! It was very nice to meet you in person!!
