Amazing service and the parking was easy! Nazare is a beach town so you are better off with your car put away. Our triple room was spacious and we had a city view which was that huge hill we took to see the big waves! Bring a swim cap to use the heated rooftop pool! It was open in January!

Our stay at Hotel Praia was enjoyable and relaxing. The room was clean and just the right size. The staff was available and helpful. The breakfast was good with sufficient seating. The hotel is in a great location; very close to the beach but away from the noisy crowds. I highly recommend Hotel Praia.

Nice hotel in great central location in Nazare
We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is very modern and the design is more on the cool side. Parking in the adjacent underground garage for EUR 5 per day was very convenient. The location is great, very close to restaurants, the beach, shopping and a Spar grocery store. We had a balcony and could see the waves crashing on the beach from there. The hotel is also right across the Community Market. There seemed to be a regular police presence in the area which is good for safety. The rooms were very clean and spacious. A much bigger bedroom and bathroom than we were used to from other hotels. The decor is very simple, modern and no frills, almost cold. So, if you are looking for a cozy and authentic atmosphere, it may not be the right hotel for you. They have a covered and heated pool on the 5th floor. It seemed quite chlorinated, and I didn’t use it. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I particularly loved the Nespresso machine, which made Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato. Delicious. The staff at breakfast was very kind and attentive. The staff at the front desk (check-in and check-out) somewhat lacked the enthusiasm, customer service attitude and attentiveness that would have made a more positive difference. We would probably be back if we returned to Nazare.
