Royalton was amazing. COVID protocols were fully enforced and I was very impressed. They even sprayed our luggage before bringing to the rooms. Temperature checks and hand sanitizing everywhere and the Food was amazing. Entertainment too..... A family of 6 with 3 teenager and a young adult and we all had fun.....WE WILL BE BACK....

While many of the staff were very friendly, some of the staff were extremely rude. Also, the air didn’t get cool in my room, so it made my sleeping very miserable for 5 nights in my room.

Property very large, clean room was big great view, bed comfortable. Overall staff and facilities good. All was good until it was close to checkout. Got a call from front desk at 1130 (checkout 12p), telling me that if i was not out of my diamond status room by noon i would be charged a late fee. This was a total insult so i was to make sure 1201 did not catch me in the room. I have stayed at Sandals, Iberostar, Jewel Grande, Grand Bahia Luxury, just to name a few. Never have I had such disrespectful behavior. Royalton left a bad taste
